2. Payment Gateway & Financial Data Protection
All billing and transaction requests on products operated by Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd are processed via certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- Sensitive card credentials (PANs, CVVs, PINs) are processed directly by certified gateway servers and never stored on servers managed by Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd.
- Transaction reference numbers and settlement logs are retained strictly for auditing, tax compliance, and refund fulfillment.
3. Data Collection Scope
We collect user profile data, session diagnostics, and operational logs required to maintain secure service delivery and verify account authentication across applications operated by Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd.
