Effective Date: July 2026. Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd develops, owns, and operates multiple applications including GoTogether and an array of SaaS products. These Terms govern payment processing and service delivery across all applications managed by Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd.
1. Merchant & Product Identification
Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd is the parent business entity and merchant operator of GoTogether and all associated software applications.
Billing Statement Identification:
All monetary transactions, platform fees, and payment gateway settlements across GoTogether and all products operated by Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd are billed under the registered merchant name "Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd".
2. Payment Gateway Authorization & Processing
Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd integrates PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (supporting credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets) across its software applications.
- Users authorize Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd to securely process billing requests through licensed payment gateway partners.
- All payment processing is executed over 256-bit SSL/TLS encrypted channels.
- Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd does not store sensitive card PINs or CVV credentials directly on application infrastructure.
3. Refund & Cancellation Standards
- Cancellation Policy: Subscription or transactional service cancellations can be requested via application settings or by contacting Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd support.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds resulting from transaction discrepancies will be credited back to the original source account.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed by Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd within 48 hours and typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Acceptable Use & Account Policy
Users must not misuse Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd APIs, perform unauthorized transaction scraping, or reverse engineer software assets across GoTogether or any application operated by Flintech Software Services Pvt Ltd.
